"dun talk about passion. passion cant get u anywhere. passion cant feed u. u must listen to me."
"im not telling u to take this course! im just telling u wat NOT to take!"
"you're totally interested in architecture. design is your forte! take architecture!"
"u're just young and naive. trust me, u dunno wat passion is. i was never really interested in wat i'm doing. but after ten years, i find myself falling in love with it. passion CAN be cultivated."
"if you take this course, your future is going to be so bleak like so-and-so."
"im not throwing my money into this university course."

haizzzz...parents always want the best for their kids. i know they love us. they want us to have a bright future. they want to play safe. get security. but maybe along the way, they've lost the passion for life. too much chaos and blind pursuit of worldly values and goals. they cant understand "passion" anymore. they're forgotten the zest they used to have when they were young. they're just being pragmatic and i need to infect them with some of the passion i have. and also make them understand me. wish me good luck.

on the other hand, im really trying to be open-minded towards watever they wanna tell me. i'll will seriously consider what they have to say. after all, God made them my parents. and ten commandments did say, Honour thy father and mother.

on a lighter note, im thankful to God for always providing for me. He's more than enough for me. I dun wanna complain or grumble. I want to have faith in His plans for me. I know it will be good. After all, God loves me. and God is good.

But like my brother said, i'm so difficult to satisfy. I agree. If my results had sucked, i would have cried even more and complained. now that its good but just not the way i want it to be, i cry and grumble. I wonder if God is scratching his head in heaven and saying, "You humans are weeeeird. when i give you a choice, u grumble. when i dun give u a choice, u complain. haiiiizzzzz."

i feel sort of guilty for letting my atm card go through the tiny machine 3 times today. but i think i deserve to pamper myself. its just an excuse. but watever!!

haiiiizzzz....
