Welcome to HHM Land!

im getting lesser and lesser sleep. this shouldn't be the way. i shall set a goal: i aim to sleep by 12 midnite every night. i need my therapeutic beauty sleep.

and i think i need to make an effort to spend time with my friends. i spend a lot of time with bizad pple, but i dun spend enough with my long-time buddies. somehow schedules always clash and we dun find a time to meet or go out. time for me to do something about it.

i have nothing to update except dat mid-autumn festival is coming and im gonna be busy with the preparations...we're having some exciting stuff on dat day..like mambo marathon, song dedications, etc. hope the event will be successful so dat we dun malu ourselves. hahah....

till i'm back to blog again...

im extremely exhausted from all the mad rush of finishing tutorials, attending lectures and project meetings...and i'm down with the old flu virus. wat a crazy week this has been.

maybe i should illustrate how bad my day was...
8am: stats project meeting
930am: fna project meeting
11am: fna tutorial
1pm: lunch break (woof.)
2pm: stats lecture
4pm: socio of tourism lecture
6pm: travel home. sleep on the car.
6.30pm: reached home. bath, eat dinner, rest.
8pm: piano lesson
10pm: online fna meeting

this is how bad things are........but i guess everyone has their own struggles like pet, huijie and elise coping to adapt to their new uni....

it has really been quite awhile since i last blogged. so for the sake of my dear friends who are overseas, im back in action.

next week is mid-semester break. no school, but i think its meant for studying. i got like a zillion projects to do: stats project, fna project, tourism term paper, econs presentation + homework assign, marketing individual and group assignment. i must as well just not consider it as a break.

tmr im going to play table tennis after lecture...haven played for many many years. im gonna get thrashed! and then after dat, im going lau pa sat with kaishi and jiehui to make observational studies for our tourism term paper. our topic on food tourism is quite fun to do, but to write at least 3500 words can be torturous. oh well...i hope the semester ends soon. i wish exams are over and christmas is here!!

i'm probably the laziest blogger around. not much highlights except the wonderful dinner i had with andy, wei and ks and surf n turf yesterday. after deliberating for a long time, we finally settled on eating dat. the 3 of them had sirloin steak while i had a chicken melt sandwich. our appetizers were wonderful: the cheese nacho-like wrap was damn good. so were the calamari rings and buffalo wings. all dammmmmmmn good.

another highlight of the week was the 33rd mission conference. the speaker was very inspiring and gave sermons with very deep insights. learnt a lot from him. >> Speak in truth and in love.

Boran had a bbq on friday night. thanks guys for bbq-ing all the food for us. now we know who are the gentlemen in boran. haha. sadly, it rained towards the end of the bbq but at least most of the food were cooked by then.

another memorable event was my first case presentation on thurs: my group was fully prepared with nice presentation slides and we decked ourselves in blazer. i'm sure we shocked the rest of the tutorial class as we marched into the room fully suited for battle. i thought the presentation went rather well. aside from getting shot lots of questions, i think we were good! (the other teams better watch out, esp dat one person who shot short-sighted and unnecessary qns.)

to elise n huijie: can i have your new snail mail adds? hope u guys are enjoying yourselves in ur resp. places....blog soon.

i guess its not right of me to deprive my loyal readers (namely pet, pan, huijie the guava, elise and en) of the leisure in reading my entries. so i shall blog before i go to sleep.

besides having lectures and tutorials, the only thing worth mentioning is that willy and sarah came to have lunch with me in school. to the 2 of them: thanks for coming!! plz come more often! u're always welcomed! (sarah: we can feast on lunch through the internet)

today i sent a part of me off to london. huiiiiijie, i hope u're having a good time settling down and hope to talk to u online soon!! the hc-aep pple woke up damn early just to go the airport to send her off today. im proud of samuel ling. he actually woke up at 5+ am, and so did his daniel, justin, huiling and enzie. i really didnt expect the guys to come (cuz u know, they can be such pigs!) but they did and to a certain extent, it was very touching and heartwarming to see them making such an effort to express their "undying" love for huijie the guava.

we went crystal jade for breakfast after my boo-hoo crying session. and then i went off to church from there while enzie went to the temple and huiling went somewhere (i forgot where).

and for lunch, the KAP pact buddies went carl's jr at suntec. thanks jx for treating. i really pity u...always have to be extorted by us. :) but i guess part of ur pleasure comes from feeling broke after that. haha. i hope u have fun in taiwan. rest assured, a carl's jr meal has bought u 3 weeks worth of prayer from me n ks. while u have fun there, dun forget to empty ur wallet once again to get us our TIE DAN. hahhahahahha. we will go out for lunch again after u come back. prepare a list of sorrows to unload on us. we love listening and counseling u. haha.
