My food venture of the day - Maple honey wings



I have not much to do at home. Usually I swim and read, sometimes play the piano. I'm up to some baking and cooking lately. Baked a banana bread that was a little too salty on Sat. Today I decided to make Maple honey wings.

Recipe is from this wonderful food blog

I didn't have BBQ sauce, so I substituted it with chicken marinade and maple syrup. The outcome was juicy, sweet and tangy wings :)

I just got back from a family trip to Cameron Highlands. SO HAPPY to go on a trip and not have to study!! We expected the weather to be cool, but no, El Nino has set itself nicely on the highlands. Sigh anyway some pretty sights for you!
