about time i blog...

on monday, i went sentosa with a mother and daughter from thailand. they came over with some elders and deacons from our partnering church in thailand. its been a long time since i visited Underwater World. must have been at least ten years ago cuz i can hardly remember. anyway some of the fishes are so big and fat. i think i have a particular fetish for stingrays. they just amaze me. its good to be a kid once in a while and feel belittled by the array of fishes that swim over your head in such rapid motion that it makes you marvel at God's creation. i touched a stingray, a starfish and a species of shark at the touch pool. so cool. haha. we also visited the dolphin lagoon (i think its a rip-off tourists. not worth it.) and the orchid garden. then we headed to nus cuz the girl is thinking of getting her masters at either nus or ntu. after that, we sent them back to the airport. it was a fun and cool day.

today (tues) i watched tv, read my book, watched some more tv, go online, watched more tv, went swimming and here i am. really slack. but i like it. this is wat holiday is supposed to be like.
