emo mo o

okie im going to post a short one cuz i need to get started on lawr. growls.

today's topic is on emo-ness.

emo ( adjective)
overly emotional or melodramatic. From the musical genre "emo."

sometimes i get a bit emo and indulge in self-pity or feelings of depression, despair or just being negative. its not often but it pops in once in a while. i think emo-ing is self-indulgent. wat one does when emo-ing is basically to concentrate on oneself and constrain one's view of the world to one's narrow and negative perception of the world. i think when one is being emo, he/she may recognize that he/she is looking at things very narrowly. but the most extreme emo cases are those who totally cant see beyond dat. rather pathetic.

usually when i get emo (which is not very often la), i tell myself to snap out of it. its a waste of energy and life is surely more than wat i narrowly construe it as while im being emo.

too rational? yeah. cant help it la.
